Guitar Amp In a Beer Can
Sep 20th, 2007 by Guitar MX Admin
This is probably the oddest amp I have ever seen. It’s a 2 watt guitar amp in a 20 ounce beer can. I kid you not; see for yourself.
It operates on a 9 volt battery and has a tone switch for American and British sounds. The “Amp In A Can” is made by cactustubeamps.com, and sells for $65.

How in the heck do you make an amp out of a Heineken can. 2 watts huh? I’ll bet that baby just screams.. Clever, but I think I’ll save my $65 bones for just the beer…minus the amplifier.
mmmm beer.
mmmmm guitar.
They should turn an actual keg into an amp, but still allow it to function as a working keg.
This would be a great party amp.
Play a few songs, provide the beer. It would be sure fire way to be remembered and invited to play at parties nationwide!
