There has been an update to the Activision lawsuit against Gibson, for claiming that the popular Guitar Hero game was their idea. As was reported here earlier, Van Halen postponed nearly 20 tour dates after Eddie reportedly checked himself back into rehab. YouTube has buckled under pressure from some anonymous source (more on this below) and removed the hilarious Shred videos which parodied famous guitar players “shredding” on the guitar.
