| I saw this software recently mentioned at Crave, a C|net blog. Many of you probably use it already. It’s called FL Studio, which may be better known as Fruity Loops. FL Studio is a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) that’s used to create backing tracks and loops, try new music ideas, or produce completely mastered tracks. The program has become quite a popular alternative to ProTools for hobbyists and budding musicians due to its low cost and user-friendly interface. In fact, a fully functional trail version is available for download, only the ‘Project Save’ feature is disabled. The Producer version works with input from a guitar.
